Looking for a unique space to host your next event? Our creative studio makes the perfect backdrop for birthdays, bridal showers, team events, or just a night out with friends.

Rent our venue for $75 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. During your rental, the space is closed to the public so you and your guests can relax, decorate, and make the space your own.

🌿 Add a Craft to Your Event

Elevate your event with one of our hands-on creative experiences! Choose from candle making, painting parties, or macramé workshops to make your celebration truly memorable.

Candle Making

Our candle bar can be open during your event!
Vessels range from $22–$40 each. Many hosts choose one vessel size for all guests to keep costs consistent.
We’ll have everything prepped and ready when your guests arrive—and you can even add custom labels to your candles for a personalized touch.

Candle costs are in addition to the private venue rental. 

Painting Parties

• Kids (under 14): $10 per child

• Teens & Adults (14+): $25 per person

We design a custom painting around your theme or occasion!
Painting typically takes 2 hours for kids and 2–3 hours for adults, depending on design complexity.
Simpler options are available for younger groups to allow time for cake, presents, and fun. Paint pricing is in addition to the venue rental fee. 

Macramé Workshops

• Plant Hangers: $35 per person (2 hours)

• Wall Hangings: $45 per person (3 hours)

We also collaborate with local instructors for private craft workshops. Prices vary by craft.

🪑 Space Details

Urbana Studio:

• Seating for up to 19 guests at tables + bar

• Ample standing room for mingling and movement

• Cozy atmosphere—perfect for intimate celebrations

Bellefontaine Studio:

• 16–20 seated (depending on table layout)

• 10 additional seats at the bar

• Ample standing room for mingling and movement

• Includes a small retail section with candle accessories and gifts, which remains open for shopping during private events

• All tables are standard rectangle size.
• We do not provide tablecloths, plates, utensils, cups, or serving items, so please plan to bring what you need for your food and drinks.
• We do not have refrigeration or freezer access.

🍷 Food & Drink

You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages.
BYOB is allowed for private rentals—beer, wine, and seltzers only, please.
We just ask that all guests drink responsibly and that alcohol stays within the space.

We often have a coffee and tea station available for guests to enjoy during your event.

🕰 Setup & Cleanup

Your rental includes a 15–20 minute grace period before and after your scheduled time for setup and cleanup.
Need more time? You’re welcome to add extra hours to your booking.

Please note that confetti, glitter, and open flames (other than our candle projects) are not permitted.

💰 Payment & Terms

• The venue rental fee is due upfront to secure your booking.

• Craft add-ons can be paid for on the day of your event.

• Venue rental fees are nonrefundable, as your payment reserves the date and closes the studio to the public.

• If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to offer a one-time date change with at least 7 days’ notice.

• For kids’ events, we ask that one adult be present for every 6 children.
