Looking for a creative, welcoming space to host your own event?
Make Time is available for private venue rental, with optional creative add-ons.

Venue rental is ideal for:

• Small gatherings
• Showers or celebrations
• Community events
• Private group experiences
• Events that don’t fit a standard party package

The Spaces

• Bright, creative studio environment
• Tables and chairs included
  
• Two Locations
  • Make Time- Bellefontaine: 117 W. Columbus Ave, Bellefontaine, OH 43311
    • Seats 16-20 comfortably at tables
    • Seats 10 comfortably at the bar
    • There is a mini bar in the back with plugs for food equipment
    • No Refrigeration, freezer, or stove
    • On-site bathroom
    • Table cloths recommended 
  • Make Time- Urbana: 40 Monument Sq., Unit 101, Urbana, OH 43078
    • Seats 16 comfortably at tables (tables are slightly higher than standard)
    • Seats 3 comfortably at the bar
    • Extra space for folding tables or chairs (not included but can be brought in)
    • There is extra room for a "food table" or two with plugs and such in the back area.
    • bathroom onsite

This is just a rental of the space, does not include painting, candles, etc, unless specified.

Rental Structure

• $250
• 3-hour minimum
• $60 an hour for additional hours
• Private use of the space during your reserved time

Rental includes:

• Use of tables & seating
• Setup and cleanup of the space
• On-site staff support during your event

Optional Add-Ons

You may add on:

• Paint Party
• Candle Bar Experience
• Other creative experiences (availability dependent)

Add-ons are priced separately and turn your rental into a fully facilitated experience.

Important Notes

• Venue rental does not automatically include a party or craft experience
• Food and beverages may be brought in unless otherwise specified
• Decor and activities are the responsibility of the renter unless an add-on is selected
