How It Works

We create a custom fundraiser candle just for your organization.

Each fundraiser includes:

• A dedicated online ordering link

• Custom candle label design with your logo or team name

• A branded social graphic to promote your fundraiser

• A 14-30 day ordering window

• Bulk production after orders close

• Individual order organization

• Protective tissue wrapping

• Kraft bag packaging for each order

• Clearly labeled customer pickup sorting

• Scheduled in-store pickup window

This is a fully managed, professional fundraiser experience.

The Numbers

Fundraiser Candle – $30

✨ $10 from every candle sold goes directly to your organization.

Most groups sell between 40–100 candles during their fundraiser.

Examples:

• 40 candles = $400 raised

• 75 candles = $750 raised

• 100 candles = $1,000 raised

Minimum Order Requirement

To ensure the fundraiser is successful and production is efficient, we require a minimum of 40 candles sold.

If the minimum is not reached:

• The organization may choose to purchase the remaining candles to meet the minimum

OR

• Orders will be fulfilled, but the donation amount will adjust to $7 per candle instead of $10.

(This protects production costs and ensures sustainability for future fundraisers.)

Pickup Policy
All fundraiser orders are picked up at Make Time Studio during a scheduled pickup window (typically 3–4 designated days).

Orders are:

• Individually wrapped in tissue to protect glass

• Packaged in kraft bags

• Labeled and sorted by customer name

• Organized for quick and easy pickup

We do not ship fundraiser candles at this time.

Unclaimed orders after the pickup window will be transferred to the organization for final distribution.
