Standard Candle Experience — $35 per person
Create your own custom candle from start to finish. Choose your fragrance, blend your scents, and pour your candle in one of our curated standard vessels.

✨ Includes:

• Full candle-making experience guided by our amazing Candle Bar Team Members
• A huge selection of premium, clean, fragrance oils
• An eclectic selection of candle jars & vessels
• Approximately 60 minutes of studio time

✨ Vessel Upgrades and Optional Add-On During Your Visit:

• Seasonal or Specialty Vessels — +$5 per candle
  (Available while supplies last)
• Reed Diffusers — $35
• Room & Linen Sprays — $18
• Wax Melts — $15

• Walk-ins welcome on designated open days
• Reservations recommended when available
• Private parties and group bookings may have different minimums or pricing

 💳 Reservation Deposit Policy

A $5 per person deposit is required to reserve your candle bar experience.

How it works:

• The deposit holds your spot
• Your deposit is applied toward your total at checkout
• The remaining balance is paid in-studio on the day of your visit

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your reservation
• Deposits become non-refundable within 24 hours of your scheduled experience
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit (this means if you don't show up, you don't get your $5 back per person).

• Upgrades and add-ons are optional and paid in-studio
• Private parties may have different minimums or deposit requirements

Why deposits?

Our space is limited and fills up quickly. Deposits help us reserve tables specifically for your group and ensure that everyone gets a great experience. Once you book you'll receive an email from us with a secure link to pay your deposit.

Seating Info:

• Our Urbana location is table seating. Tables comfortably seat 4 people, up to 16 people at 1 time.
• Our Bellefontaine location is bar seating, we can seat up to 10 people at the bar at a time. 

🎉 Hosting a Party or Private Event?

We offer private group bookings and birthday party rentals!

🕯️ Bellefontaine Candle Bar Hours & Reservations:

Thursday:  3 PM to 7 PM

Friday:       3 PM to 7 PM

Saturday:   11 AM to 7 PM

Sunday:     12 PM to 5 PM

🕯️ Urbana Candle Bar Hours & Reservations:

Our Urbana studio operates a little differently than our Bellefontaine location to keep experiences intentional and relaxed. Walk-ins or Reservation Hours below. 

Saturday: 11 AM - 7 PM

Outside of Saturdays, the Urbana studio is reserved for private candle parties and group experiences. If you’re planning a visit with 8 or more people, or would like to book outside of Saturday hours, we invite you to book a private party through our website.

Arrival Details:

Please arrive promptly for your appointment. There's actually no reason to get there super early! If you’re running late or need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.

Save Time—Sign the Waiver!

To get straight to the fun, please sign our candle bar liability waiver ahead of time. You can find it on our website on the side menu (on the top left of the website) pages. Let our staff know when you arrive if you’ve already completed it.

Candle Curing Time

Remember, your custom candles take 2-3 hours to cure before they’re ready to go home with you. While you wait, we encourage you to explore the charming shops and delicious food spots in downtown. Need a recommendation? Just ask—we’re happy to help!

Can’t wait or need to leave early? No worries! Your candles can be picked up on another day we’re open, or we can even ship them to you if needed. ($15)

New Booking Feature

This online booking feature is new for us, so please be patient as we work through the process and ensure everything runs smoothly. If you see dates that are unavailable, it's probably due to a private party being scheduled at that time.
