Our Mobile Candle Bar brings everything you love about the Make Time experience straight to your location. Perfect for birthdays, showers, team gatherings, celebrations, and creative nights with friends — we handle the setup, instruction, and cleanup so you can focus on the fun.

How it Works...

Pricing & What's Included

Starting at $750 total

This includes:

  • $300 Mobile Event Fee (non-refundable, due at booking)
  • $450 minimum candle-making charge covering up to 15 participants at $30 a piece

The Mobile Event Fee covers travel, setup, breakdown, and staffing.

The candle-making minimum guarantees materials and staff for your event.

Pricing includes travel within our standard service area

  • Additional travel beyond this range is billed at $75 per additional hour of drive time

Candle Making Details

  • $30 per participant
  • 15-person minimum required
  • The booking $450 covers up to 15 candle makers

Additional participants beyond 15 are $30 per person and will be collected at the event after all of your guests have made their candles.


All mobile events are billed directly to the host. Guest payments, if any, are handled by the host.

What's Included

  • Full mobile candle bar setup including 20+ scents to choose from
  • Guided candle-making instruction
  • Custom scent blending with guidance from our staff
  • One hand-poured candle per participant
  • On-site staff for the duration of the event
  • Cleanup and curing handled by our team

We recommend choosing 1 candle vessel type for your entire group.

Event Details

  • Candle making lasts approximately 1 hour per 10 guests

For Example: 30 guests would potentially be around 3 hours of candle making.

  • We ask that you plan extra time around candle making so account for any delays.
  • Host must provide tables, chairs, and adequate space
  • Currently, we only offer indoor candle making experiences.

Payment Schedule

  • $300 Mobile Event Fee is due at booking and is non-refundable
  • Remaining $450 minimum is charged automatically 24 hours before the event
  • Any additional participants are billed to the host after the event at $30 per person price.
  • We do not carry change for cash so please be prepared to pay with card or exact change.
  • All payments are non-refundable once processed.

Is Mobile Candle Bar Right For You?

Mobile events are best for groups who:

  • Want a private, hosted experience
  • Are comfortable meeting a minimum guest count
  • Prefer the convenience of candle making at their location
  • If you’re unsure whether a mobile event or an in-studio private event is the best fit, we’re happy to help you decide.
  • We do not come to people's houses, just commercial sites, businesses, shops, etc.
